Course Features

A 4-year part-time evening program.
The degree course offered in UK has been accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineering (CIBSE).
The main thrust of the course involves the identification, analysis, evaluation and subsequent solving of problems associated with the built environment, building services systems, building services controls and plant encountered in the field of Building Services Engineering.
The course also provides students with necessary knowledge in managing and planning Building Services Engineering equipment and related resources.

Admission

Associate Degree / Higher Diploma graduates in Building Services Engineeringcan be considered to enter Year 3 of the program, or
Higher Certificate graduates in related discipline can be considered to enter Year 2 of the program,
Certificate / Diploma holders in related discipline can enter year 1, or
Any other qualification deemed to be acceptable by the University of Central Lancashire.

Course Fee

For the academic year 2005/2006, the course fee is HK$39,000. Fee can be paid by 4 installments.
