Program overview
The Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics is the only one of the most accredited construction management and economics programs in Australia. The four year degree program aims to provide the education and training required to reach a professional level in the building industry, quantity surveying and/or building surveying. Lectures will be delivered by the University staff and supported by local qualified tutors appointed by the University. HD or Associate Degree holders can complete the program within TWO & HALF years part time study.
Admission
■ Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holders in Building or Surveying (exemption available up to a maximum of the 3rd year of the study).
■ Any other qualification deemed to be acceptable by the University.

The program is recognised as providing the educational requirements for purposes of admission to corporate membership, providing appropriate options are pursued by:
• The Australian Institute of Building and Chartered Institute of Building, UK
• The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, AIQS
• The Australian Institute of Building Surveyors, AIBS
Member of the AIBS and AIQS can join the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyor by reciprocal recognition.
