Introduction

This 1-year part-time / full-time flexible mode program aims to offer further education opportunity for graduates of Associate Degree / Higher Diploma to pursue a career in global business management.

Course Features

A top-up BA (Hons) program that can be completed by Associate Degree / Higher Diploma graduates within 12 months.

A Honous degree program in business management available for non-business major Associate Degree / Higher Diploma graduates.

A 100% coursework program - assessments comprise of essays, reports, seminar presentations, and group work assignments.

Admission

Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Business or related discipline awarded by local universities, or HKCAA accredited institutions, or
Diploma in Business or related discipline with NVQ Level 4 awarded by City and Guild or Pitman plus relevant work experience, or
Qualification deemed to be acceptable by the University of Central Lancashire, and
English is a medium of instruction for the Associate Degree / Higher Diploma and any courses taken.

Course Description

A vocationally orientated curriculum to enhance the development of business related knowledge and skills within a global context.

It provides a critical awareness of concepts and principles relating to marketing, finance, human resource management and business strategy.

Associate Degree graduates with different focuses within the business sectors are welcomed.

Students after completing this program can apply and evaluate concepts and principles to analyse complex business situations and provide recommendations, solutions and insights in an effective manner within a global context.

Courses are taught by experience practitioners and specialists from the local industry and professors from local and overseas tertiary institutions.
Internet access of teaching materials from University of Central Lancashire.
Instructional study materials for each enrolled unit.

Course Fee

For the academic year 2008/2009, the course fee is HK$60,000. Fee can be paid by 5 installments.

These programmes have been included in the list of reimbursable course for Continuing Education Fund. Eligible applications

may receive up to $10,000 CEF reimbursement.
